I got out of work a bit late and picked up the girls. Heath had a little predinner snack ready for us. The girls were hungry and each ate 2 hotdogs and some peaches. Heath and I had a bit of wine, asparagus and brussel sprouts. Then we had some brownies for dessert. Heath hooked up the kids with a surprise topping but most of it did not end up on top.
Once we had ate and gotten cleaned up we headed over to Heath’s school for a Parents as Teachers advisory board meeting. The kids played in the playroom while we discussed activities from last year and what is coming up.
We all got pizza and salad. At the end we gathered up the kids and hung out a bit. Then we went home and rushed Bean to bed. Pumpkin and I read a bunch of books and then she went to bed too. Heath and I started the 2nd season of House of Cards and then went to bed.
(side note: I was able to do this entire blog post while waiting on hold w/ a tech support)
