We have been back a while and we have been busy. Most exciting news Shin cooked us dinner.
His specialty was this pancake thing
I forget it’s real name but it has fish and squid in it and once it’s fried he put some dancing fish slices on it and some sauce.
It was really good. He also made some soup, rice and curry.
He got a little 3 string guitar thing sent over from Japan and has been practicing. He’s played a song for us a few times.
We have had a lot of friends over to hang out.
And we went out a few times.
Also Berry and I have been getting out to run the trails anytime we get a chance.
Shin is really motivated to go and do and see as much as he can. He has about a month and a half left and we hope to take him on some short weekend trips and maybe an extended trip to CO. If you want to join us or take him somewhere let me know.
