First off, our first keg of homebrew is great.
It’s still just stuck in the basement fridge for now but it tastes great and it is too convenient.
Last week we had parent teacher conferences with Bean’s teacher. After finding out how great she is doing we had a quick dinner then headed out to Swope park. We took a new way in and found some new trails.
The weather was great and spring was making everything look really nice.
We hiked around and explored, the loop we took was under two miles but there were some forks that may have made it farther.
We also had Bean’s 3yr checkup this week and she was very healthy.
She is 30.2lbs and 45%, 38 inches and 55%.
Thursday Jon D and I did a 10-12 mile hike right after work following the Little Blue river home.
It was a lot of fun, the weather was great and the trail was also looking great this spring.
We ate dinner on the trail and got back a little after dark. Stephen and Heath joined us to watch the Royals and test the home brew.
