After my early morning at the station I came home for an early lunch and got showered and also tossed some chicken, beans and stuff in a crock pot for dinner.
When we all got home from work we were starving and it smelled pretty good so we tore right into it. Part way through dinner I remembered AJ was coming over. There was chicken left but not much else so I fixed up a pan of pasta w/ chicken and cheese.
Pumpkin and Heath walked down the street to her school for their first girlscouts meeting.
Actually in kindergarden it’s daisy scouts. I think they had a good time and did some crafts. Peanut got busy on homework and AJ came over and I fed him. Bean was still hungry and ate 2 big servings of second dinner.
After dinner the kids did all sorts of odd games with headlamps, keyboards, hide and seek, fall down off the chair and more. I gave up on Pumpkin getting the laundry folded for a dollar and took care of it while they played.
We had talked about going to the park all night but it got late before the kids were ready and we decided to go outside instead. The little guys played more odd games.
Heath and Pumpkin came back and all the kids rode bikes and had races to different chalk bases and stuff.
It started to get dark and cool and so we came inside and got pajamas on and turned down all the lights. Heath went out to meet some friends for a drink. The kids watched a movie until Stephen and Becky came for AJ. Then they all went to bed. I got Bean and me ready for an early morning and watched some Spartacus and read in bed until I fell asleep.
