It was our 3rd night of quick dinner to get it done before activities. I made some more pasta w/ lots of veggies and some black beans in it. It was pretty good and everyone ate good. After dinner Heath took Peanut to soccer and I took the girls to get groceries.
They were a bit too rowdy but we managed to get most of what we needed.
We decided to go to the park and to price chopper and we made our plans and decided to drop off our food first. Then we headed to Leawood park. The girls were pretty excited and ran once we got across the street.
But oh no, we got there and the park was closed.
The kids were disappointed but handled it pretty good. We headed to Price Chopper and Pumpkin picked out her cake and frosting for her birthday cake. Then we tried to get to the park by our house but it was getting too cold and dark so we went home to get pajamas on and get some extra reading time in.
Then we brushed teeth and headed to bed. I went with the girls and read some of a book from my phone. Then they went to sleep and Heath and Peanut came home. I showed Heath a few groceries and then headed to pick up Jon and head to Johnny Kaw’s bar in waldo. Tony was there and we hung out and watched lots of sports at once and enjoyed the $2 bottles. We got hungry so got a round of $5 burger baskets.
At 10:30 we headed home and went to bed.
