Derrick moved to Oak Grove last night
So Heath and I ate dinner at about 5pm last night then headed over to Russ’ house to help move. We loaded all Derrick’s stuff up into Jakes Dodge Truck, Derricks, Subaru and my Ranger and it all fit fairly easily and did not take long to load. We got some mini convoy action on the way out to Oak Grove.
Unloading the vehicles went even faster and in no time we were looking at pictures of Derrick’s son and heading out the door.
Heath and I hit up the local QT for a 44oz Ice tea and then drove back to KC. I had plans to get some night time work done at work and tricked Heath into doing it on the way home. I got her set up with TV on the computer and then got busy. I was able to knock out all my to do list fairly quick and ended up waiting on Heath to get out and go home.
Once home I was hungry. My lunch was small yesterday and then our dinner had no meat. We had had cheese ravioli, leftover salad and a big pile of veggies (corn, peas, green beans and carrots). So I whipped up a big BBQ chicken sandwich, fries and peas for dinner 2 and then we watched Heroes.
That was it for the night.
It is going to be nice out Today: Abundant sunshine. High 54F. Winds SSW at 5 to 10 mph.
