I didn’t take many pictures last night so enjoy this family shot the church took for free a few weeks ago.
Also check out this other free one of Pumpkin we got from some company that takes pics at the hospital.
Yesterday at lunch I stuck a whole chicken in a crock pot and covered it in rotel tomatoes and some spices. After work I made some rice and beans and cut up some onions and green peppers. After work we screwed around some and worked on straitening the house and Peanut got army men all over the family room and there was a massive battle. We were planning for some family to come over for dinner from Chicago but they were running late so we ate with out them. Peanut had rice, beans and chicken in seperate piles but Heath and I piled everyone together and wrapped it up.
There really was not much else going on last night. We cleaned up, Peanut took a bath and we just got ready for company. Pumpkin jumped in her jumper a while before dinner.
and then later on we practiced sitting and she sat by me on the couch for about 40 seconds without any assistance.
At about 7:30 our guests arrived and took over playing with Pumpkin while Peanut ran around in circles and bounced off the walls for 30 minutes or so. Then we got him pinned down in bed and ready to go to sleep. Then Pumpkin and I screwed around the house and everyone else went out to get some dinner.
They came home and we hung out in the basement and they ate and Heath made guacamole and we got to talking and listening to music and even played pool for a while. At first I thought I would go to bed at 10 and get up at 6 to split wood, then I decided to stay up till 11 and and sleep till 7, then I decided to stay up till midnight and so on and so on. I eventually left the group (who all got to sleep in today) and tried to go to bed. I was kind of wound up and could still here them a little so it was like 2:30 before I really got to sleep. I felt pretty good at 7 though.
