Heath had already picked up Pumpkin and had most of dinner ready when Bean and I got home late. We helped get a few things ready and then sat down to eat. We were eating Mexican type pasta and Pumpkin was talking about Spanish and wanted to know how to say something we didn’t know. So we asked Google and it told us. Then we asked for more and more English to Spanish translations.
Of course eventually these questions got silly asking about the bathroom or saying our mom is crazy.
After dinner we decided to go for a walk/ride.
We went to the park and played for a bit
Pumpkin had brought some toys and had fun playing Easter with Bean hiding them around the playground for her sister.
We walked home.
Then we had dessert.
Then Heath went to help a friend move a couch. I got the girls in bed and started folding laundry. Just before bed Pumpkin helped me take some frozen cinnamon rolls out of the freezer.
and folding and folding, we had a lot of laundry. While folding I watched the 2nd half of a movie on Netflix called Touching the Void. It was a crazy real story of mountain climbers. Heath came home and we put away clothes and got ready for bed.
In the morning the rolls were huge.
I cooked them up and broke some off for everyone.
The kids loved them.
