I've not yet tested the snow we got this morning but the snow we got Friday was good for packing.
So while the girls were out Grant and I built a snow man.
Sure he has a cute face
and funny lantern arms.
But the coolest part was he was as tall as our roof and dominated the yard.
His dominance was too brief though, after eating lunch we came back to find the heat had destroyed him.
We also built this cool fort and did some sledding.
Saturday night Heath and I went to a hockey game in Independence.
There was a group of 12 of us. 
It was a lot of fun but we tried to tailgate in the parkinglot before the game but found out about rules for no open containers and no open flames. so Instead we got Arby's sandwiches and sat in the van before the game.
(Sad face that I am not grilling)
We took Grant's old bunk bed apart and got it out of his room. 
and put together the new bed.
Sunday evening Heath, Izzy, Amanda, Allison, Jon, KK, Chiaki and I watched the super bowl.
(somehow I only got my knees and hands in the shot)
I moved the furniture around a bit and turned the tv sideways to give us more room and to ensure there was not a bad seat for any of us. 
I cooked up a big pile of chicken wings. (Buffalo, Sweet Heat BBQ, and Teriaki)
And a bunch of little smokies and meatballs.
Also I made "Colts Punch" by smashing up a bag of frozen blueberries then adding 1/2 cup rum, 1/2 cup vodka, $3 bottle of champagne, 1.5 liter of sprite and ice. We also had a couple pies and vegetables and cheese and party mix and triscuits and stuff. I ate and drank so much.
Izzy and I dressed in blue and white 
She had an accident and had to change before the game but I was still able to find some blue and white for her. It was amazing how hard it is to find blue clothes in her pink infected wardrobe.
In other news. Grant's bed is together but his room is in total disarray otherwise. Also he is sick. Started feeling bad Saturday night and spent all of Sunday in bed.
Heath went to watch her sister Jendra's basketball game.
