So, Ashley and I are going on this float trip the weekend of August 11. Apparently the guy in charge reserved all these canoes and cabins and they are going to be 5-7 people short.

Also known as the American Buckeye or the Ohio Buckeye or the Fetid Buckeye or the Stinking Buckeye.
We are big enough to devour a bison for dinner.
But "the buff" put up a good fight.
At "The’s" house. I will take suggestions on time and menu alterations. Here is what I am thinking.
TENTATIVE MENU:
APATIZERS:
cocktail wieners (in crock pot w/ beer, BBQ, and peppers)
cheese dip (block of velveta, can of rotel, lbs of ground browned sausage)
1st COURSE:
Kielbasa sausage (sliced thin w/ mustard on the side)
Churizo Sausage (not sure what to do w/ it but always wanted to try some)
2nd COURSE:
Bratwursts (boiled in a skillet of beer then tossed on the grill) served on bun w/ onions and your choice of topping.
UPDATE: some grilled or sautayed peppers and sauerkraut will be available
SIDES:
Fries
Onion Rings
Corn on the Cob (if I can find it at a good price)
Salad (JK this is not a vegan fest)
DESERT:
CLASSIFIED (this means I am not sure yet but I would love to make cookies in the shapes of cows and pigs then let Peanut and H decorate them)
BEVERAGES:
water
tea
beer (for me only)
your beer (if you bring it of course you can drink it or anything else you bring)
